Your satisfaction with our instructor-led training is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your class for any reason, contact us by the mid-point of the class to let us know. If we cannot address the issue to your satisfaction, you have the option to retake the class during the next scheduled delivery or receive a full refund. (Please note that our guarantee cannot be extended to third-party digital training, such as MOC on Demand.)

• TWO SCREENS! You must have one of the following configurations:
• A dual-monitor computer
• Two computers (one for lecture, one for lab)
• A computer and a Skype for Business-capable device with screen of sufficient size.
• Computer or device used for lecture must have one of these Skype for Business clients installed.
• To hear the lecture and interact with your instructor, you must have one of the following:
• The computer/device used for Skype for Business must have audio capabilities, including a microphone. A headset with mic is strongly recommended.
• A telephone you can use for all-day calls.
• Reliable broadband Internet connection
• Unrestricted HTTP and HTTPS access to Internet sites

We understand that your schedule may change and you may unable to attend a class. You may cancel your class enrollment up to seven (7) days prior to the start of your class. Full refunds are contingent upon your returning to us, within 14 days, any associated courseware in an unopened condition. (We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any unreturned/opened courseware from your refund.) If you need to cancel your enrollment with fewer than seven (7) days' notice, or if a scheduling conflict arises during the class, you may attend another scheduled delivery of the same class within six (6) months for no additional charge, provided that you use the courseware originally sent to you.

By enrolling in one or more of our classes, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and to the End-User License Agreement (EULA) of any courseware associated with the class.

To enroll online for one or more classes, you will be transferred to our online storefront, store.xpo.net, which is hosted by our credit card processor, Square, Inc. Sales through the online store are also subject to Square's Terms of Service. Although the connection to store.xpo.net may occur over HTTP, the Square checkout process will be protected by HTTPS/SSL. If you wish to enroll without using the Square website, then email our Sales Team.
