Online Instructor-led Training

Your satisfaction with our instructor-led training is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your class for any reason, contact us by the mid-point of the class to let us know. If we cannot address the issue to your satisfaction, you have the option to retake the class during the next scheduled delivery or receive a full refund. (Please note that our guarantee cannot be extended to third-party digital training, such as MOC on Demand.)
We understand that your schedule may change and you may unable to attend a class. You may cancel your class enrollment up to seven (7) days prior to the start of your class. Full refunds are contingent upon your returning to us, within 14 days, any associated courseware in an unopened condition. (We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any unreturned/opened courseware from your refund.) If you need to cancel your enrollment with fewer than seven (7) days' notice, or if a scheduling conflict arises during the class, you may attend another scheduled delivery of the same class within six (6) months for no additional charge, provided that you use the courseware originally sent to you.
To enroll online for one or more classes, you will be transferred to our online storefront, store.xpo.net, which is hosted by our credit card processor, Square, Inc. Sales through the online store are also subject to Square's Terms of Service. Although the connection to store.xpo.net may occur over HTTP, the Square checkout process will be protected by HTTPS/SSL. If you wish to enroll without using the Square website, then email our Sales Team.
