Bob was the MCT Technical Reviewer for Microsoft's SCCM 2012 courses, MOC 10747 and MOC 10748, and he was the trainer for all of the official beta deliveries of those courses held at Microsoft's Redmond campus. Prior to that, Bob was one of three co-authors of Microsoft's SCCM 2007 R3 course, MOC 6451B.
In 2012, Bob was selected as a charter member of the Microsoft Certified Trainer Regional Lead Program, a role in which he served through 2019.
